I am mentally disabled and sinking in debt because I have mental disorders because of 12 years of all kinds of child abuse and rape. I receive Social Security benefits. I am in great need to pay my bills. I can no longer pay for my car. I dont want to lose it OR I would like to get a cheaper car. I have credit card bills. 3 credit cards- I have an impulsive disorder that has caused me to rack up debt. FYI-I no longer have the accounts open.
